  6. Why does FusionFall seem slow or laggy?

A number of things can cause this. We've found that the worst lag seems to be associated with graphics settings. To improve performance of the game turn the graphic setting down a little by doing the following while playing FusionFall:

    1. Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
    2. Click on Settings.
    3. Click on the Graphics tab.
    4. Click on the button next to Detail Level.
    5. Select Best Performance.
    6. Click the Save and Exit button.

This will lower the graphics quality in the game but will make it run much faster. This can be a balancing act -- a choice between really gorgeous visuals and smooth action. You can also try selecting Good Performance in step 5 if you want just a little more dazzle and speed in your game.

  7. What operating systems are supported for Mac users?

For Macintosh users, FusionFall currently only runs with Intel Macs with  operating systems OSX 10.4 or higher.

If you try to the play the game using an unsupported system you will see an error message. You will not be able to play the game. We are planning to support more operating systems in the future.

  10. How do I uninstall FusionFall?

To uninstall FusionFall you will need Admin privileges on your computer. You should probably get your parents help to do this.

Two elements are installed on your computer when you launch FusionFall:

The Unity Web Player - this software is the engine that runs FusionFall in your web browser.

FusionFall content files - these game files contain sound, graphics and other assets which make up the FusionFall world.

The directions below describe how to delete all installed files from your computer in detail. If you prefer a simpler approach, please visit our Uninstall Game Files page. There you'll find a single-click tool that will remove FusionFall content files in addition to instructions on how to uninstall the Unity Web Player.
