FusionFall is now completely free, and all paid subscriptions ended on April 19, 2010. However, your account, your characters and all of your character’s attributes still exist.
If your paid subscription would have extended beyond April 19, 2010, you will receive a pro-rata refund of your prepaid subscription fees. Keep an eye out for a credit on your credit card or other payment statement.

There are a number of possible reasons why your registration cannot be processed. Please make sure you are filling in ALL the fields in the Sign Up process, as they are all required for registration. Note that your password must be a minimum of 6 characters in length. You must also accept FusionFall's Terms of Use, EUALA and Privacy Policy in order to register.
To redeem your code all you have to do is log into your FusionFall account and follow the steps listed below.
Log into the game and check your inventory to see your new item!
If you are having trouble, make sure you are not playing or signed into the game at all, then try entering your code.
Remember, codes are case-sensitive. Double check your code for upper and lower case letters. Please enter your code exactly as it appears to be sure you get your item!
If you still have problems please write to help@fusionfall.com with the name of the character you want to receive the code item. We'll add your new gear to your character's inventory as soon as possible.
To change your email address:
You can have your user name emailed to you, along with a link that will allow the creation of a new password.
To protect your account, we do not have access to your password, cannot change it and will never ask for it.
This information only applies to previously existing Linked Accounts. Please note that FusionFall no longer offers the option to link an account to yours, so once you complete this process, it is an irreversible change.
Keep in mind that once the account is unlinked, the Master Account will not have administrative access for that account anymore.
To detach a Linked Account:
All current paid subscriptions will end on April 19, 2010. Don’t worry -- your account, your characters and all of your character's attributes will remain! You can use your same characters to battle Lord Fuse in 2010 and beyond.
